Séverine Leca

Séverine Leca is leading the Industrial Practice at Progress, and she is also in charge of developing the Professional Services sector. She joined the firm in 2013 to develop these two sectors. Previous experience Séverine Leca started her career in strategy and management consulting within Bossard Consultants. Then she spent 10 years with AT Kearney, where she successively became Manager then Principal, assisting her clients notably in industrial goods, financial services, retail and media sectors. In 2006, she joined the executive search business, and from this date contributed to the launching and development of CTPartners in Paris, mainly in the professional services and industrial sectors.
