biography

Janice joined the staff of Summerfield Associates in October of 1990 as an Administrative Assistant to the President. In 1992, she was appointed the Office Coordinator, with additional responsibilities of Accounting and Office Administration. Janice gained expertise in all aspects of the business and assumed the duties of Recruiting Consultant and Operations/HR Manager in July of 1994. She specializes in Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, and Distribution and Logistics.

Janice was awarded “Top Producer,” Rookie category Full Service by the Tennessee Association of Personnel Services for 1996. In 1998 she was awarded the "Top Producer," Full Service category. In 1999 she earned the “One Million Dollar Circle” award.

Janice, her husband Tommy, and their two younger children recently moved to Raleigh, NC, where she opened the NC division of Summerfield Associates. Janice, a native Memphian, graduated from Immaculate Conception High School for Girls and attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
