Keri Lemmerman, Founder and President of Insurance Network Group, Inc., is enjoying a successful career in the executive search profession as a trusted advisor for client employers and candidates, and has for over 20 years. Heading up Insurance Network Group’s nationwide recruiting practice; the firm specializes in the permanent and contract placement of professionals at all levels in: Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Loss Control and Risk Management, Claims, Customer Retention and Consulting in both Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance.

Keri began her insurance career in Loss Control consulting with Alexander & Alexander, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN (now Aon Risk Services), one of the top insurance brokerages in the world. After spending several years with A&A, she joined a regional Minnesota brokerage as a Commercial Account Executive; and finally, managed a start-up independent insurance agency. From there, Keri founded Insurance Network Group, Inc. in 1989 and has since added contract employment, temporary employment and consulting services to the firm’s portfolio of search and recruiting services.

For over 20 years, Keri continues to specialize in executive search and contract placement, identifying top talent for her insurance clients on a nationwide basis. She has also been a speaker at local insurance industry functions and conventions; and led panel discussions addressing current and future hiring trends and challenges. Keri is widely recognized and sought out by clients and peers for her industry expertise, high level of integrity, and professionalism.
