Leoncavallo is the Founder of Pricewise and Fransearch which became the largest executive search firm focused in Franchising in the world. Leoncavallo has consulted with the top ranking executives of over 3,500 franchisors, of which over 350 were clients, making FranSearch one of the largest privately held suppliers in all of franchising. Over more than a decade, 75% of the companies that have completed more than two executive/management placements with FranSearch doubled in size in less than three years. Leoncavallo has won awards for being in the top 1% in production for Executive Search firms in the country.
He is the founder and current Managing Partner of Sopra Capital and is the crazy dreamer who concocted the idea of creating a Private Investment firm months before the recession. Sopra Capital focuses in Franchising, Technology, Banking & Health Care industries.
David is the proud father to two beautiful children, Gracie and Nico, and by some miracle, he married his beautiful bride, Laurie.
