Mr. Matthew D Lesher

biography

Matt joined Helbling & Associates in 2003 and has broad recruiting experience, managing and performing a wide range of searches within the engineering and construction sectors as well as within facilities management.

His recruiting assignments encompass executive management, operations, business development, and marketing professionals for multi-disciplined and international engineering and construction firms, industrial and high-end residential contractors, multi-family construction managers, and pharmaceutical corporations. He also conducts searches for executives involved in facilities, real estate, and engineering with hospitals, universities, preparatory schools, and public agencies. Among his accomplishments is assisting a major construction client to secure more than thirty executives for its various business units.

Matt recently placed Regional Business Development Manager for a heavy civil construction firm, and a Technical Oversight Engineer, Construction Manager, Survey Manager, and several Project Engineers for a major infrastructure project in Florida. He is currently conducting an executive search for a specialty construction firm in securing a Chief Operating Officer.

An active member of the Master Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania and the Associated General Contractors of America, Matt earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University. In his free time, he likes to golf, and volunteer with his church and junior sports.
