biography
Eric is a senior consultant who advises clients on the implementation of talent acquisitions. His expertise includes performance improvement management and leadership development.
Prior to joining Cornerstone China in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, Eric served some 10 years as Regional Director of Shanghai operation for a NASDAQ listed education group, and before that as Senior Electrical Engineer at Zachry Canada and Tri-Ocean Oil & Gas Consulting Firm. Clients served include NuvoSun, Rolls-Royce, Schindler, Visteon, Triumph, etc.
Eric is a native of Shanghai, who grew up, studied and worked in Canada. He relocated to Shanghai in 2003 and he is an active member of the Business Community there.

Eric received his Bachelor Science of Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada.
