Bill Liguori is a co-founder and Partner responsible for the Financial Services and Professional Services Practices at Leadership Capital Group. Bill has years of experience in supporting companies through rapid market and organizational expansion. Starting in executive search in 1994, and having held management roles in recruitment and sales in the software and professional services industries, he has developed successful recruitment, retention, market strategy, sales, business development and strategic partner approaches for multiple organizations. Bill's notable successes include leading startup and growth trajectories for IT and professional services, software and executive search businesses on a national level in the financial and other market verticals.

Prior to co-founding Leadership Capital Group, Bill was a Vice President at a London-based retained executive search firm focused on technology. Previously, Bill was responsible for sales, business development and client management for wealth management, private banking, retail and brokerage for the market leading data aggregation software company, Yodlee.

Before Yodlee, Bill ran sales, business development and partner management for the IT services and consulting firm, Sapient Corporation's, Personal Financial Services practice. Earlier at Sapient, Bill was a senior executive recruiter and served as Sapient's head of recruiting for its Global Strategy Practice.

Bill began his search career with a boutique executive search firm in Baltimore. In 1997 he joined a top tier retained search firm as a founding member of the firm's Corporate IT practice in New York and Northern Virginia, known for executive level work at such companies as CareFirst/Blue Cross of Maryland/DC/VA, FBR, Merrill Lynch, IntraLinks, Giga Information Group/Forrester, Playboy Enterprises, Tech Data, Platinum Technology, Great American Insurance, Hull Trading (acquired by Goldman Sachs), GE Capital, Gateway, Société Générale. In addition to experience with C-level search, Bill has extensive knowledge and search experience related to IT services and outsourcing, application development, IT architecture & strategy, operations, security and program management. At the age of 22, in the 1990s, Bill personally identified and successfully recruited the Chief Information Officer of Bell Canada to become CIO of Tech Data Corporation in Florida, a $20 billion corporation (NASDAQ: TECD).

Bill was raised in Northern New Jersey and lives with his wife and two children in Columbia, Maryland. He graduated from University of Maryland with a B.A. degree in Communications.
