Elaine Lin is Senior Director at the Beijing office of PCI Executive Search Consultants. Elaine helped launch PCI’s China operations in 1997, and she has since been facilitating executive searches, business development, and successful placements in all the major industries of China. Bringing over 23 years of experience from several multinational companies, Elaine has invested most of that time to the executive search field. Ms. Lin also offers expertise in IT marketing, including previous work at Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) and International Computers (ICL) as Marketing Communications Manager. Being a veteran of both start-ups and well-established corporations, Elaine has gained valuable experience, poise, and favorable business results while working in multicultural work environments. Elaine has earned a great reputation in the executive-search industry, from regular clients and industry partners, on account of her dedication to providing best possible win-win solutions.
