Karen Litchfield began Recruiting in 1994 in the South Florida Market. She was quickly recognized as one of the top recruiters for a Boutique firm with multiple locations. When she joined a National Staffing firm 8 years later, she was awarded the prestigious President’s Cup and became a national Performance Forum Winner, ranking as the # 3 recruiter in the country for her division in only her second year. Prior to that, she had worked as both a Store Manager and Area Manager for two nationwide Retailers in Northern California.

She is very active in the community as the Vice President/ Board Member of the Junior Achievement Professional Connection of South Florida, which she is a founding member of. She volunteers for most of their special events in addition to volunteering as a consultant in the classrooms teaching free enterprise education to local students. She also is a member of HRABC - Human Resources Association of Broward County, a local SHRM Chapter, the MIASF - Marine Industry Association of South Florida, the NMEA -National Marine Electronics Association and the NMMA - National Marine Manufacturing association.

Her level of commitment to customer/candidate service has given her a loyal following of both client and candidate referrals through the years. She is highly regarded for her expertise in career counseling as well as consultative approach with her customers. First and foremost, she prides herself in her reputation for ethical practices in Recruiting. She obtained her CPC certification (Certified Personnel Consultant) in 1997 and has continued to follow the standards of excellence upheld by the best Recruiters in the industry
