After graduating from college with a BA in Business Communications, Mr. MacDonald began his career as a recruiter with a large International IT consulting firm in February 1995. His duties and responsibilities have taken him from providing talent for mid level IT positions within the Fortune 500 Corporations, to the providing of talent for Senior executive Level positions: Regional Managers, Directors, and Vice President positions within all aspects of IT and other technologies. Thereafter, advancing to the responsibility of Recruiting and Training Manager. Currently he is Senior Associate and Director of the I.T. Group with MRI-StarGate Group, an affiliate of Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRII) which is the world's largest Executive Search firm and is considered to be the number one Executive Search Firm in the world.
