biography

Having worked as an external consultant and in-house at CEO and Executive Director levels, Carolyn offers a depth of experience, excellent relationship management skill, an ability to see the big picture, and a true focus on delivering the best outcomes for all stakeholders.  A true business partner, Carolyn particularly enjoys adding value to organisations that have the vision to uplift performance through bringing the best people.

Previous Experience

Carolyn brings over 20 years' experience in the delivery of retained, tailored solutions in recruitment, strategic resourcing, and search.  This coupled with her former experience in leadership roles in the not-for-profit sector - CEO of Make-A-Wish® New Zealand, and Executive Director of Cognition Education -allows her to add value to organisations and individuals through a deep understanding gained from working at a senior level.

Additional Activities

Carolyn lives in Auckland and is married with three children.   She enjoys the company of family and friends, great New Zealand food and wines, and is an enthusiastic chef.  In her spare time she can be found scrapbooking, sewing, interior decorating, and working hard at the gym.
