Helena Magalhães is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in Rio de Janeiro, attending the states of Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, as well as the North and Northeastern regions of Brazil. She is dedicated to the practices of Industrial, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas industries. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, he also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. Helena started her career in Executive Search in 2004 during the start-up process of an international Executive Search company at Rio de Janeiro. Her following experience was in other executive recruitment company focused in Oil & Gas Department. In 2008, Helena worked on a GP Investments ‘ executive search company during its startup in Rio de Janeiro. During her career in executive search she has successfully managed projects in other industries besides the ones above mentioned, such as Services, Logistics, Mechanical & Metals, Utilities, among others. This experience contemplates projects connected to several departments with in client organizations, such as: marketing, commercial, supply chain, finance, controllership, legal, engineering, production line, quality, research and development, geosciences, etc. Helena’s holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Instituto Brasileiro de Meios de Capitais (IBMEC). She is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
