Léssel Manna

Léssel is an Associate & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Financial Services industries. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. She started her career at Fesa in 1999 and left the company to work as a Clinical Psychologist. She also worked at MBA Empresarial with assessment of executives in the financial services industry, returning to Fesa in 2009. She is currently a specialist in Private Banking, Asset Management, Real Estate and Law Firms. Léssel holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with a post graduation degree in Psychoanalytic Therapy from Universidade Estadual de São Paulo (USP). She is also a certified Coach by the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICT). She is native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English and French.
