Prior to joining and operating Technical Network Solutions, LLC in 1989, Mr. Marcus worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance in NYC. in the Pension area implementing and evaluating pension benefit programs for companies. He has used this experience over the years to help companies evaluate their pension process. He then continued working for American International Credit Company in the Controllers Division. He has also helped companies such as Tokio Marine Insurance company, Fiduciary Trust Company, and Federated Department Stores, solving budgetary, operational, and Human Resource problems.

In 1989, Mr. Marcus established Technical Network Solutions, a Human Resource consulting firm which specializes in offering HR/Recruiting solutions nationally to Fortune 500,Biotechnology, E-Solutions, and "Start-up" Companies. His strong business acumen along with many years of recruiting and human resources experience in many different areas has added value to many companies. Steven has a way of identifying problems, creating solutions and implementing them. Steven has also, developed strategies and solved employee retention issues for numerous corporations nationwide.
