I have over 12 years of experience in the Recruiting/ Staffing Industry in various roles and various industries. Currently as Direct Placement Manager at Geopros, Inc. As the DPM for Geopros, Inc. (the newest division of Geotemps, Inc.), I am a professional recruiter for Direct Hire business that we have in the Eastern US and abroad. I help the client company define the need, assist with writing job descriptions and defining requirements/qualifications if needed. I recruit for senior positions in the mining industry and energy and aggregates sectors. I recruit for positions such as engineers, metallurgists and geologists as well as executive team positions. I maintain candidate confidentiality while they are looking for the next step in their career. I get to know the job seeker and the client company extremely well so that my placements are strong and long-lasting. My success rate in placements saves the client company money on turnover and “bad hires”. At the same time, the candidate moves on to the next exciting step of their career.
