biography
Graduated with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Health, Richard also pursued MBA studies. He worked as an executive search consultant and industrial psychologist for two renowned firms prior to founding Matte Consulting Group in 1988. Richard has successfully carried out numerous senior-level assignments in executive search and coaching. He recently broke new ground by launching a program which answers a great need among senior executives: performance optimization coaching using biofeedback and neurofeedback. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Psychologists and the Quebec Order of Human Resources Consultants. In addition to being a frequent guest speaker at conferences and leading training seminars in the field of human resources and wellness in the work environment, Richard is currently the Vice President of the Occupation Health Professionals Association (APST).
