biography
Kip is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and trainer providing customized coaching skills services to international companies and high-achieving executives worldwide. A professional coach since 2002, Kip is co-founder of International Master Coaches and co-creator of "The Laser Coaching Workshop" and "Customized Executive Coaching Skills Training" for executives. He is a lead coach and trainer with the Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach (CCEC) training programs for leaders, teams and top managers.
Previous Experience
A former attorney, Kip has worked as legal counsel for a publishing firm and as Regional Director of Marketing for a legal education company. He also owned and operated a fitness business in Southern California and has served on the boards of two nonprofit organizations. He has been active in various community volunteer efforts.
Additional Professional Services
Kip is also a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), and applies his background in health and fitness to coach highly-driven executives in work-life balance, improving health and wellness, and reducing unproductive stress. Kip focuses on leveraging individual strengths to develop and sustain a more fulfilling personal and professional life.
