Molly McCoy
Founder and President - HR Search Firm
Molly McCoy brings more than a decade of human resources experience to HR Search Firm. She founded the firm in 1998, and has led the company's growth to include offices in Denver, Chicago, Dallas and Houston – serving more than 200 client organizations nationwide. In 2007, Inc. magazine named HR Search Firm one of "America's Fastest Growing Private Companies." Molly has diverse human resources experience working for high growth Fortune 500 companies as well as start–up firms in industries ranging from wireless communications to manufacturing to financial services. Her generalist background includes strategic planning, organizational development, management training and development, compensation design and planning, employee relations, process development and implementation, recruiting and hiring exempt and non–exempt workforces, and benefits administration. Prior to founding HR Search Firm, Molly was Director of Human Resources for First Data Corporation, where she supported several business units within the Payment Services Division, including a joint venture with Microsoft Corporation. Additionally, she has worked in human resources for RCI, Paging Network, Inc. and United Technologies. Molly is a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society where she also served on the board. She previously held board positions at the Colorado Human Resource Association. Molly was a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters for three years and she currently is an executive mentor for the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She is an active volunteer at her children's schools and serves on the board of her historic neighborhood association. Molly holds a bachelor's degree in business and human resources from Michigan State University.
