William David Millis focuses on in-house, partner and associate recruiting. His in-house and law firm experience enables him to offer candidates sound career advice and connect them to his strong network of senior attorneys at law firms, corporations and financial institutions.
Prior to entering the legal search field, William was a Vice President & Associate General Counsel of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he helped oversee the firm’s corporate and real estate principal investment activities and the investment funds managed by the firm’s Merchant Banking Division. During this period, he served as a member of the Investment Committee of the Real Estate Principal Investment Area.
William started his career as a corporate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP where he advised on numerous M&A, private equity, capital markets, real estate, fund formation and joint venture transactions.
