Vesna Miric began her career as a recruiter in the mid nineties with The Klenin Group, an Executive Search firm specializing in high technology placement.

She was instrumental in attracting the interest of highly skilled passive candidates for established technology leaders such as Cisco Systems, Siemens Nixdorf, Pyramid Technologies, WindRiver Systems, Lucent Technologies, Informix Software, Broadcom, TRW and start-ups such as Vanteon, Zhone Technologies and Network Insight. Vesna specializes in retained search recruiting techniques for small , midsized and start-up companies and offers the same unparalleled service for her contingency clients.

Vesna attributes her success in recruiting to creative positioning and intense research. Vesna also learns new technologies quickly and pays careful attention to her client companies and candidate clients wishes.

Vesna’s candidate base has been Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D and Manufacturing; from executive level development to individual contributors.

Vesna received her BFA in Graphics/Packaging with a minor in Environmental Design from Art Center College of Design in 1991. She still enjoys logo design and corporate identity creation on a freelance basis and is an avid photographer.
