biography
Jim Mitchell has over 20 years experience in the power conversion industry. As a Product, Marketing and Business unit manager; and as an Engineer he has the skills and experience required to understand and evaluate both the Hiring Manager’s and the Candidates needs. From his business experience he knows how to take those needs and generate the action plans that get the best results for both parties.
His background is in the design, development and management of power conversion products from 5 watt DC/DC converters to 10,000 amp DC power systems; from linear to ferroresonant to switchmode. As a director of engineering, product manager and product marketing manager he has put together very successful product development teams that produce results.
He knows how important and what it takes to match the right talent with the right organization. He knows the industry, and understands both the technical and business requirements of this industry.
