Mr. Moersch started executive recruiting in early 1999 after 20 successful years in the telecommunications industry with both MCI Communications (17 years) and Citizens Communications (3 years). During Bill's "corporate career" he worked hard to successfully build and grow his sectors by consistently delivering significant results in sales (+250% of $21.5M National Objective in first year growth from $0), sales management, marketing, finance, national call center customer service and national network services technical data restoration at a DS0 - DS1 level.

Mr. Moersch knows the telecom industry and experientially understands the critical need for top talent vs. just filling a head count.
