Claudia Montali, Partner, has been with Mindoor since its founding and contributed to the start-up and development phases of the Company.



Claudia´s previous experiences include positions in a number of leading international Executive Search firms, where she dealt with the development of Professional Services, Information Technology and Telecommunication practices. During her career, she has been responsible for client management and search projects at both domestic and international level.



Born in 1967, Claudia graduated in Political Science at the University of Milan (Italy). She speaks fluent Italian, English, French and Spanish.
