Denys Monteiro

biography

Denys is a Managing Partner at Fesap, the holding company of Fesa, Asap Recruiters and Fesa Advisory. He is the CEO & Partner of Fesa, a specialized top management Executive Search firm. Denys is also a Member from AESC Board of Directors and Americas Council.



He started his Executive Search career in 1997 conducting search assignments in several industries. He was Managing Partner of the Consumer Goods/ Life Sciences Practice, and most recently he also managed the IT/Telecom and Media Practice.



Prior to joining Fesa, Denys served as Human Resources Executive for the Media market (RBS Group) and Retail segment (Bob’s).



Denys holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a post-graduation degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS). He holds a certificate in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard. He also holds an Executive Education degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in the Marketing and Services specialization. He is a native speaker in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
