Bob Moore Bob Moore has been in business for close to 35 years. During that time, he was directly responsible for hiring people, giving him invaluable insight to the correlation between screening and interviewing and job performance.

During his experience, he has been fully responsible for retail stores, home delivery, warehousing and in his last assignment was an HR Director for a large regional company. He was responsible for all Human Resource activity for corporate offices, stores, trucking, warehouses and most importantly, recruiting and hiring.

In 1997, he struck out on his own and started Management Recruiters of Rockville, with a solid goal in mind; to own a recruiting company that would find great candidates for great companies and to accomplish the mission by saving clients time. Something he learned in business especially during the hiring process is "time is money". Even through the cost of "finding" people, is generally not addressed on a P&L.
