Nancy has impressive multi-role and entrepreneurial experience in the information technology recruiting and search marketplace. She has recruited, at all levels, for consulting organizations, including global publicly traded management consulting firms, as well as start-up organizations, pre-IPO consulting firms, and, Fortune 500 companies.

In 1991, Nancy co-founded a boutique information technology consulting firm that specialized in providing enterprise and application architecture consulting resources to Fortune 500 companies. In 1998, she and her partners sold the company to a well-known global management consulting firm. Nancy earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois .
