Ric Morency

biography

Ric has been consistently engaged with talent acquisition and development throughout his professional career. During his nearly three decades with AT&T, he held management positions in Michigan, New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia and was instrumental in the establishment and management of AT&T Resource Linkâ, an industry human capital innovation.

Subsequent to AT&T, Ric has focused specifically on recruiting - initially with a national staffing firm and later as a Partner with an international executive search firm based in Atlanta. At this firm, he was active in C-level retained search as well as managed Internet recruiting and behavioral testing and consultation. Most recently, Ric was Director of Recruiting and Training for an identity apparel company headquartered in Florida. In this role, he was directly responsible for their top-grading and professional development initiatives.
