Managing Director

Xavier Moreno, 46, followed a scholarship in Descartes University (Paris V) until 1989 where he graduated a level degree in psychology.

After two internships, he started as a project manager at CBM Packaging in 1989. After a year, he chose a change of path and joined the company Moreno International, where he worked as a consultant for 10 years.

In 2000, Mr. Moreno started a new education course in the IFG and graduated from the MBA in accounting and management. Thanks to those new skills, he was given the twofold position of CEO and Senior Consultant.

After 10 years managing the company, he started an ambitious strategy to strengthen the means of the firm and its brand, in order to ensure growth and provide customers the guarantee of a strong and active market presence. So, in 2010, "Moreno International" became "Moreno Consulting", with Xavier Moreno at its head.

Xavier Moreno always works with strategic foresight, and take into account the international vision of business in human resources consulting. He represents Cornerstone International in France, respecting the principle: "Think global, act local".

Additionnal Activities : He is president and vice president of an association that connects youth to the economy and valorizes the image of the company (AJE). Founder and director of an association of economic development (Réseau Entreprendre Champagne Ardenne), he is also elected to the board of directors of an employers' association (CGPME).
