biography

Mr. Morris is President and Co-Owner of Dunhill Professional Search of Mansfield, an Executive Search Firm. From 1996 to 1998, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Siméus Foods International, Inc. From 1995 to 1996, he served as Senior Vice President, Operations for The Hudson Companies, Inc. He also served as Senior Vice President, Operations for Portion-Trol Foods, Inc. (Flagstar Corporation, NASDAQ FLST) from 1978 to 1995, Vice President Engineering and Materials Management from 1984 to 1987, and Director of Engineering from 1978 to 1984. Before Portion-Trol Foods, Inc., he was an Industrial Engineer and Staff Industrial Engineer with Hormel Foods, Inc. and Safeway Stores, Inc. Mr. Morris received his BS Degree in Industrial Management with a minor in Industrial Engineering in 1971 and his MBA Degree in 1994 from Auburn University. He also was founding Chairman of the MBA Alumni Advisory Board, Auburn University and currently still serves on the board. Mr. Morris also serves on 2 corporate boards.
