Charles C. Morris is Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Warren & Morris Ltd. He has been involved in the executive search business as a developer and owner since 1981. He presently manages the West Coast office and directs executive searches and business development in the wireless communications, cable television, broadband, advanced technology and digital media (content) industries, worldwide

Over the last 30+ years, Chuck has worked with many of the leading communications organizations through the rapid growth stages, turn-around environments and in highly competitive situations to deliver key executives at the CEO level to senior management level. He also works closely with venture sources, and investment banking firms on early stage venture staffing assignments, in addition to key corporate roles for Fortune 500 ventures. He is versed in organizational development, strategic development, funding, business development and human resources consulting.

Chuck was inducted into the Cable Pioneers in 2003, recognizing his contributions in the cable industry. He has presented or served as an expert panelist at numerous national conventions, regional conferences and industry related meetings. He has contributed to a wide variety of published articles regarding recruitment and HR issues. He served as President for two terms and Board of Directors Member, for nine years, with CTHRA (Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association) and is a past Committee member of CTAM.

A graduate of Plymouth State College, New Hampshire, Chuck served in the U.S. Marine Corps Air Wing for four years and received meritorious promotions to the rank of Sergeant, he was honorably discharged in 1978. Chuck is married and is a proud father of four children and he is an avid surfer, skier, coach and outdoorsman; Chuck resides part time in Maui and most of his time in their property in Utah,
