biography

I’m a native Vermonter — pure and simple.

Although I’ve traveled and lived all over the world, there’s nothing that compares to living among the mountains of Vermont – they have been, and will always be – my home, my heart.

Between my inherent, lifelong love of mysteries and puzzles and my being raised in the hospitality business I am hard-wired to figure things out and help others. It’s what drives me in both my personal and professional life.

I have two teenage children, two spirited dogs, and a husband who’s a chef, which is great because I rarely cook (I’m not kidding; I literally cook maybe three times a year).

I nurture my client relationships with care and thoughtful attention; my number of long-term and repeat clients go back decades.

Real connections happen when there is transparent communication and shared emotional honesty between my clients and me resulting in meaningful connections. My clients call me a “breath of fresh air” and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Morris Recruiting & Consulting is a small firm, which allows me to be more flexible when it comes to customizing contracts and responding to clients’ evolving needs. There’s no bureaucracy here; it’s just me.
