biography
Stacy joined the firm in 1994 and serves as Managing Director. Known for her highly consultative and partnership approach, she has built long-term relationships with a broad array of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups. Stacy's practice spans a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis in the financial services, business and professional services, life science and consumer sectors. As a generalist, she has expertise across functional disciplines, including but not limited to Finance, Marketing and Sales. She places executives in the C-suite as well as in specialty roles, and General Management/Board positions. Prior to joining the firm, Stacy spent eight years with First Century Partnerships, Smith Barney's venture capital funds. She began her career in human resources with Reliance Group Holdings. Stacy received her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Psychology) Summa Cum Laude from New York University, winning the Wallace Gobetz Memorial Award for scholastic achievement. She is a former member of the Board of Directors and served as Communications Chair of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters (IACPR). Stacy is a Board Director of the Financial Women's Association (FWA) and is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the FWA Executive Leaders Committee. A frequent speaker, Stacy has addressed senior executives for the FWA, Right Management and Drake Beam Morin; the women's leadership networks of HSBC and BNY Mellon; and has appeared on television, including CNBC. Stacy has also earned a Black Belt in Seido Karate. A Native New Yorker, Stacy maintains a home in Manhattan and on Long Island.
