Jeff Najarian

biography

As creator and founder of Starpoint Solutions, Jeff has been instrumental in building one of the country's fastest-growing, privately held companies, as cited by Inc. magazine. He continues to set Starpoint's strategic vision and establish the company's culture.

In 1984, Jeff joined Setford-Shaw, a recruiting/placement firm for technology specialists, and became a partner after only three years. He led the staff in billing, propelling Setford-Shaw-Najarian (SSN) to become a leading technology search firm for Wall Street banks. With Jeff's vision, SSN expanded and created sister company Transaction Information Systems (TIS) to provide clients with IT consultants. Over the next 10 years, Jeff grew the business (named TIS) to include application development, ERP implementation services, and an interactive creative agency. In 2001, TIS became Starpoint Solutions.

Despite market changes and economic downturns, the company thrives. Today, Jeff and the company continue to receive recognition for our steadfast business model and our innovative work.
