Mr. John D Nimesheim

biography

Mr. Nimesheim has served clients in the automotive, consumer, financial services, industrial, life sciences, professional services and technology industries. He has successfully placed senior-level executives in every functional discipline, including human resources, general management, information technology, supply chain, research & development, finance and sales & marketing.

Within the firm, John serves as the functional co-leader for the Human Resources function.

John joined Slayton Search Partners in 1999 as an associate, and due to his success in recruiting and client satisfaction, he has been progressively promoted. John was elected to partner in 2004.

Prior to joining Slayton Search Partners, John served as a Human Resources Manager for a mid-size automation company in Chicago. Before that, he was a Human Resources Representative for a large healthcare product and services company, and for a mid-size business-to-business catalog company. While generalist in nature, his human resources experience dealt primarily with the recruitment of mid-and senior-level executives.
