As co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of MJM Global Search, I am responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations. Concurrently, as an executive recruiter, I ensure the companies that I represent are able to provide solid career-enhancing opportunities for top-notch talent wishing to make a strategic career move.

I have over 20 years of recruiting experience, and specialize in locating and recruiting successful professionals in the Aerospace Manufacturing, Internet, Online / Search Marketing and Digital Media sectors.

I hold black belts in two martial arts styles and when I’m not recruiting, I manage my husband's career as a songwriter/musician and Buffalo Bill re-enactor since his retirement from the USMC.
