Laurie O'Donnell is the Managing Director and office head of the Cornerstone Beijing office and also Managing Director of the newly opened office in Vancouver, British Columbia.

She is also an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach as well as CEC certified (Cornerstone Executive Coach), providing companies and individual owners with world-class Executive Coaching Services.

Previous Experience:  For over 25 years, Laurie has been recognized for her in-depth ability to deliver effective talent management and bottom-line profitability. She has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and family owned businesses. Building on her years of corporate success, Laurie focuses the power of Executive Coaching to bring out the best in the individual, while enhancing the corporate bottom line.

Additional Professional Services: Laurie has 11 years experience with Cornerstone Executive Search in Montreal, Canada and most recently as Vice President. She has extensive experience in staff development, change management, leadership succession, business alignment, employee motivation and revenue generation.

Education and Certifications:  Laurie holds a BA, Psychology, from Bishops University, ICF (International Coaching Federation)  and CCEC, Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach.
