Ellen G. Oldfield is Managing Director of New World Healthcare Solutions. With 15 years of experience in the executive search industry, specializing in healthcare and finance, Ms. Oldfield offers an in-depth understanding of the quality hiring process and strong client services. Her comprehensive knowledge of the industries enable her to assist clients in training to attract, develop, and retain 'A' players.

Ms. Oldfield has been involved with the executive search process for the majority of her career. From development to implementation to training she has supported a variety of firms, which includes ten years of executive level healthcare searches. She has been involved in several team-building projects and has established a broad network of high-level contacts in the healthcare and financial industries.

Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, Ms. Oldfield spent six years in accounting and audit roles for a number of organizations, including a major Boston-based hospital and "top" national insurance provider.

Ms. Oldfield is currently helping others in developing effective communications, teamwork and leadership skills through her avocation as a certified Dale Carnegie Course Trainer and has been a senior member of a world-class search training organization, where she was highly recognized for her work.
