Ms. Lindsay Olson

biography

Lindsay Olson founded Paradigm Staffing Solutions in 2001 and has been recruiting in the public relations and marketing industry since 1997. She drives all business development and client relations for Paradigm Staffing. Lindsay started her career in the recruitment industry at a large national staffing agency where she defined and established a new market niche in the Enterprise Software industry focusing in marketing, public relations, and sales positions. She was recognized as a record setting producer in the office during her tenure and ranked in the top 2% of recruiters in the Pacific Region. She also was the Branch Manager of a temporary staffing agency, Select Personnel, in Santa Maria, California.

Lindsay studied Public Relations at Montana State University.
