Hello, I am Daniel Osmer, Managing Partner at Spectrum, a retained executive search and coaching firm I founded in London in December 2001.

My early career was spent in corporate HR with Nortel Networks, Cable & Wireless and ICL (now Fujitsu).

I specialise in successfully delivering high-quality global executive searches for retained clients in the technology sector.
