Gino Oyamada

biography

Gino is a Managing Partner at Fesap, the holding company of Fesa, Asap Recruiters and Fesa Advisory. He is responsible for the regional offices of Fesa, a specialized top management Executive Search firm, located in Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Campinas and Belo Horizonte. He joined Fesa in 2000 in order to setup the company’s regional offices and later on became a Managing Partner of diversified sectors, such as: Automotive & Auto Parts, Capital Goods & Equipments, Consumer Goods, Infrastructure & Construction, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, IT & Telecom, Agribusiness and Financial Services. He started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in the Credit area, where he had his first experience in Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development. Gino worked as Middle Market Manager and later on leaded the Rio Grande do Sul and Paraná regional offices. He also worked as Business Coordinator, responsible for Agribusiness sector, such as cooperatives, soy, foods and beverages. In addition, he was General Manager of Banco Sudameris in Curitiba and Regional Director of BMC, leading the bank’s business in Paraná and Santa Catarina. Gino holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a specialization in Finance and a post graduation in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He also had a specialization in Banking from Manchester Business School, Inglaterra. He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
