biography

Vanessa is Executive Search Director of Cornerstone Lima. She is a senior consultant in executive search.

Previous Experience
Vanessa has more than 12 years of experience as a consultant in Executive Search and Management Assessment.

She worked as Principal Consultant for Tasa Worldwide, specialized in industry, consumer and retail practice sectors.  She has handled several searches for important multinational and national companies, having in-depth knowledge of the Peruvian and Regional markets.

Before that, she worked for seven years at British American Tobacco (South America), where she became Regional Human Resources Manager (Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador and Bolivia).

 Additional Professional Activities
She is a frequent panelist and speaker on a number of subjects such as competencies-based selection processes, Talent Management and Management Assessment.

 Education
Vanessa holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern California University for Professional Studies and has post graduate studies in Human Resources at the Catholic University of Peru.
