Leadership, integrity & commitment to community are the values which attracted Leigh-Anne from industry to Conroy Ross. Leigh-Anne joined the firm early in 2012 as a Principal in the Public Sector, Executive Search practice. Leigh-Anne has more than 20 years experience in regulated and unregulated businesses across North America. Working with both regulators and industry she has deep knowledge in the natural gas, power and water sectors. During her career she has demonstrated leadership in the areas of regulatory affairs, business development, operations, customer service, communications, marketing, stakeholder consultation and government relations. Over the years she has been repeatedly called upon to support a number of high profile business transformation projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and the creation of two publicly traded companies. Throughout her career, Leigh-Anne’s colleagues have valued her ability to see the “big picture” and transform complex challenges into opportunities. She is recognized for her ability recruit, develop and lead high performing teams, readily becoming a trusted advisor who simultaneously meets the needs of the client and her team. Leigh-Anne holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University. New to Alberta, she is proud to call Edmonton her home and is an active community member. She serves as Vice-Chair, REACH Edmonton and has held positions on the Board of Directors for the following organizations; EPCOR Community Essentials Council (which she helped to create), Donate-a-Ride, the Association of Power Producers Ontario and Daytrippers Children’s Charity.
