Line holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations. She possesses over 20 years of experience in human resource management acquired in various executive positions within leading multinational companies, mainly in life science. For a number of years, Line has offered leadership development and career coaching services. She has developed a passion for “one on one” coaching relationships and a desire to support managers which has contributed invaluably to her clients' success. She coaches in the fields of leadership development, interpersonal relations, communication, conflict resolution and performance, stress, competencies and change management. Line has built a solid reputation in the business field. In addition to her excellent listening skills, she is recognized for her integrity, respect and trust. She works in partnership with managers to exceed corporate objectives by optimizing human potential, key competencies and leadership skills. Line is a member of the Quebec Order of Human Resource Consultants. She is also certified as a Professional Integral CoachTM and an accredited member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
