Stephen B. Parker is Managing Director and head of the firm’s Information Systems, Industrial Technology and Commercial Business practices. He previously spent 14 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, launching the Minneapolis-St. Paul office in 1986 and running it for 10 years before transferring to Atlanta in 1995. He has completed some 100 plus assignments for clients in general management, marketing, sales, information systems, operations, finance, legal, human resources with a focus on technology, manufacturing and financial services.

Mr. Parker’s prior background included 14 years as President of Electronic Systems Personnel, where his organization recruited computer specialists to mainly Fortune 500 companies. Following this, he was Chairman & CEO of Computer Depot, a national computer re-seller, which he grew from 0 to $100 million in sales as a NASDAQ public company.

Mr. Parker started his career with the 3M Company in Marketing, after serving 3 years with the U.S. Navy in Vietnam. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Masters in Business from Northwestern’s Kellogg School.

Mr. Parker serves as Head of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee for the Greater Atlanta Area, coordinating the activities of one hundred Yale alumni and processing some three hundred applicants each year.
