Dana brings over 20 years of North American recruitment and human resources experience to her role as Director, Recruitment and HR at Summit Search Group. With her extensive network, she is able to attract and engage the best candidates. Having also worked the HR side of the desk, when you ask her to jump, she already knows how high.

Dana’s well-rounded industry exposure coupled with her ability to place candidates at all levels allows her to meet the full realm of her clients’ needs. Through her coaching practice she has also honed her mentoring and decision making skills and using those tools, she enables her clients and candidates to quickly reach decisions that are best for them. With a focus on integrity and confidentiality, Dana offers a full-service approach and fulfills search projects for her clients as well as manages their outsourced human resources needs.
