biography
Antonio Pellerano is a Partner of Amrop in Italy. Antonio joined Amrop as a Partner in 2002. He is Member of the Life Science Practice Group of Amrop. Antonio has developed his whole professional career in the HR area, starting with a public company in Genoa. He was Personnel Manager with Atlas Europol (ICI Group), then HR Director at Tektronix, HR Director at Baxter and HR Director at Alitalia Cargo. After a short experience in Executive Search with IIC Friisberg as a Partner, he joined Alenia Marconi Systems, a JV between Finmeccanica and BAE Systems, as transnational VP HR Director. Due to Antonio's previous experiences as HR Director he has mainly developed his consultancy activity as a generalist (in the general industry) with special focus on Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical for multinational companies, including their start-up phase. Antonio holds a degree in Economics from the University of Genoa. He is fluent in English.
