Mirko Petrelli

Mirko Petrelli is a Search Director of Stones International, specializing in Luxury & Fashion, Automotive and FMCG industries. With an established track record as an HR executive having worked for prestigious international brands both in Europe and Asia, Mirko plays a key-role in the recruitment, engagement and development of senior management. Prior to joining Stones International, and further to the time spent in Italy as Human Resources Manager of Ducati Corse (Ducati Motor Holding's racing division), Mirko was based in Hong Kong as the Head of Human Resources-Asia Pacific of Tod's Group. In this role, besides executive development and coaching, he led the implementation of all HR and training activities for retail openings and expansion, boutique organization, staff training, as well as the set-up of the operations in China, Macau, Korea and India. Prior to joining Tod's Group, Mirko was based in Italy working with luxury automotive group Ferrari-Maserati reporting to the brand's Global Head of Organizational Development. Mirko, an Italian national, graduated with an Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance Economics from Macerata University (Italy). He is fluent in Italian and English.
