Mr. J. Martin Plumlee

Mr. Martin Plumlee is a "Talent Optimization" expert. Since the late 1980s, he has been fascinated with the subject of leadership and has studied the topic extensively. Following graduation from West Point, Martin served with distinction in the military, executive search and healthcare industries from 1994-2012. With this strong foundation he launched Plumlee & Associates, a boutique Human Capital firm that specializes in Executive Search, Outplacement and Coaching Services. In 2013, Plumlee & Associates became the Preferred Vendor for Career Partners International (CPI) in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
