biography

Jeff joined the Duran HCP team in 1998. In his current role as Manager of Client Services, Jeff is the liaison linking Duran HCP's high technology clients with the resources and talent critical to achieving their human capital goals. With a passion for technology and a sincere desire to help people, Jeff's capacity to understand the needs of his clients and his ability to develop and implement an effective strategy to meet their Human capital challenges have been key to his success. Jeff also manages Duran HCP's Internet Training Division, offering hands-on instruction to recruiters and HR staffing professionals on the latest recruiting techniques and resources on the Internet. He is responsible for overseeing both open and corporate training events.

Jeff keeps in close touch with the HR community, in part, through his volunteer work with the HREXA organization (Human Resources Executives Assoc.), a non-profit networking and transitional support group for Sr. HR management in the Bay Area. His involvement has allowed HREXA to continue its long and successful history of assisting top HR talent find opportunities, exchange information, and stay connected with trends and one another. Jeff is also a current member of SHRM and the EMA.

Jeff graduated Suma Cum Laude from San Jose State University with a BS degree in marketing. Post college, he worked in HR & management for several non-technology companies before embarking on his career in the staffing industry.

Outside of work, Jeff tries to find time for some of his personal interests which include tennis, golf and gourmet cooking (and eating). Jeff lives with his family (a beautiful wife and two gorgeous daughters) in Santa Clara.
