biography

I believe that great organizations are created through intelligent hiring. I also believe that candidates should follow what Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” My career began in marketing communications, first at an advertising agency, later at AT&T. After a decade I left AT&T and for the next seven years focused on sponsorship marketing, first at the then famed ISL, owner of the sales rights for nearly all international sports federations, including the IOC, and then as an independent consultant, where I did some work for Parke-Davis’ sponsorship of the IOC’s Medical Commission. Eventually I decided to shift hears and followed my interest in the pharmaceutical industry, into recruiting, where I have remained since 2003.
